Your Responsibilities

As Deputy Operations Manager, you will support the operations management in the organization, coordination, and supervision of cable car operations, as well as in ensuring compliance with all safety-relevant and legal requirements – with the aim of guaranteeing safe and smooth operations for our guests and employees.

Support the Operations Manager in all operational matters
Monitoring daily operations and ensuring smooth processes
Employee leadership and training
Coordination and optimization of operational processes
Adherence to safety regulations and quality standards

What We Are Looking For

completed apprenticeship
Professional experience required

Qualifications

Completed training in cable car technology or comparable qualification (required)
Experience in operations management or a similar position
Leadership qualities and teamwork skills (required)
Good communication skills (required)
Flexibility and resilience (required)
